Serving South Florida since 1995, our team currently consists of four full-time, professional Realtors: Todd Nordstrom (NN President and Team Leader), Jeremiah Hansen (NN Sales Specialist) and Jackie Apfel (NN Transaction Coordinator). Each of us emerged from the corporate world and brought the best of that world with us. Our mission is to build relationships and serve our customers in such a way that they become a part of our "Network" and refer their friends, family and co-workers to us so that we can take good care of them, too!

Geographically, we personally service the eastern region of Miami-Dade county and most of Broward county as well.
Miami-Dade county cities include Miami Beach (from South Beach to North Beach), Miami (including the neighborhoods of downtown, Wynwood, Design District, Bayside, Belle Meade, Morningside, Brickell, Coconut Grove, the Roads, Shenandoah, and the Miami River), El Portal, Aventura, Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, Surfside, Bal Harbor, Bay Harbour Islands, Golden Beach, North Bay Village, Coral Gables, Fisher Island, and Key Biscayne.

Meet the Team!
S. Todd Nordstrom, P.A. Todd began his real estate career in Miami in January 1995. Previously a systems analyst for Exxon, he was transferred from Houston to Miami in May of 1992. After a couple of years of visits to every new development sales office and reading every real estate article the Herald could publish, Todd began persuing his real estate license. After a short period of being systems analyst "by day" and real estate student "by night," Todd earned his real estate license and traded his corporate title for the more personally fulfilling and exciting world of real estate. A couple of years of macaroni and cheese dinners later, Todd's ability to help Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs began to pay off. Soon, he hired an assistant and eventually formed the team that would become the Nordstrom Network. Today, Todd has formed a network of satisfied customers, preferred vendors, and professional Realtors whom all work together to fulfill our passion of customer satisfaction.
As for the "formal stuff," Todd's a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and was employed by Exxon for over 8 years where he excelled in several roles. In addition to his Florida Real Estate License, Todd's strong belief in personal growth and continuing education keeps him investing in extensive professional development for himself and the team. He currently serves as the Regional Leader for Florida for the country's largest real estate coaching company. He consistently ranks in the top 1/2 of 1% of Realtors nationwide in sales volume.
Recently, Todd's been featured on ABC's Good Morning America, TLC's "The Grass is Greener," Florida Realtor magazine and interviewed by various publications including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today and the Fort Lauderdale Sun Sentinal.
Jackie Apfel The Nordstrom Network's Transaction Coordinator, Jackie is responsible for all the details of your transaction from Contract to Closing (including your housewarming party after the closing!).
Jackie was born and raised in New York and holds a degree in History from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA. Following her graduation she spent 7 years working in sales and management in the Health & Fitness Industry.
In 2003, she traded in the cold and snowy winters of the northeast for the sun and sand of South Beach. After immediately earning her real estate license, she went to work for the Developer of the Setai Resort & Residences in South Beach where she spent the next few years as part of the sales team. Jackie joined the Nordstrom Network in the fall of 2006.
Jeremiah Hansen Our most recent addition to the team, Jeremiah brings his wide ranging experiences into play when helping Buyers and Sellers meet their real estate needs. Jeremiah was born and raised in Idaho and gave up the snow capped Rockies for Miami's sun drenched beaches. He studied architecture before graduating from the University of Utah with a film degree, then spent several years working on Disney Channel and Independent films, often as the Art Department Coordinator. Jeremiah joined the Nordstrom Network in April, 2009. He believes strongly in the value of working by referral and developing strong, long-lasting relationships with his clients.
